These terms of service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HomeClick Ltd. Please read carefully before using the service.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using HomeClick services, you represent and agree to the terms of service detailed below, the privacy policy, and all additional policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the service.
2. Service Description
HomeClick provides a digital platform for property management and sharing for real estate agents. The service includes:
- Creating property pages with photos and details
- Personal landing page with all properties
- Organized property catalog
- Sharing with one link
- Contact form on each property
3. Eligibility and Registration
The service is intended for real estate agents and businesses only. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. User Account and Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity performed under your account
- Immediate notification of any unauthorized use
- Logging out of your account at the end of each session
5. User Content
You are solely responsible for all content you upload to the service, including:
- Property details and descriptions
- Photos and visual materials
- Contact information and personal data
You represent that you have all rights and licenses necessary for the content you upload, and that the content does not infringe on any third party rights.
6. License to Use
By uploading content to the service, you grant HomeClick a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as part of providing the service.
7. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from:
- Uploading illegal, offensive, misleading, or copyright-infringing content
- Attempting to hack or compromise the security of the service
- Using the service for spam or unsolicited marketing
- Impersonating other people or entities
- Transmitting viruses or malicious code
- Collecting information about other users without consent
8. Pricing and Payments
The service is offered in various subscription packages as detailed on the pricing page. Payments are made through a secure payment provider. Prices do not include VAT unless otherwise stated.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be given for periods already paid, except in exceptional cases at our discretion.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such changes.
12. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. We will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify HomeClick, its employees, and partners from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third party rights.
14. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms of service are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
15. Miscellaneous
- Failure to enforce a particular provision does not constitute a waiver thereof
- If any provision is found to be void, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect
- You may not transfer your rights and obligations without our prior written consent
